Marketing Intern

The Physician 360™ Marketing Intern is responsible for building the company’s customer base – B2B and B2C – as well as growing audience engagement and retention. The Marketing Intern is a driver for creativity and brand strategies, along with executing all marketing content and communications. This position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to gain business and design experience through a high level of marketing authority and autonomy, as well as to develop broader professional skills. The Marketing Intern’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Content Creation – Design engaging, brand-consistent content for our website, social media, and other projects via Canva posts and Powtoon videos. Other Projects include infographics and guides for sales, customer support, product launches, special events, and monthly social media kits for pharmacy partners consisting of 4-5 posts, and guides with recommended captions and hashtags.
  • Content Strategies – Schedule content cadence and create promotional campaigns. Set and manage the Content Calendar, choosing the messaging focus for each week/month. Create promotional campaigns.
  • Marketing Strategies – Manage Affiliate Marketing Program including outreach out to micro influencers and potential pharmacy partners. Manage follow ups with engaged micro influencers.
  • Marketing Analytics – Be able to determine role, goal, and audiences for each piece of content for social media. Analyze audience insights after posting.
  • Brand Consistency – Ensure all content being produced on the intern’s end is brand-consistent. Revise external content (i.e. sales slide decks, infographics, etc.) to be both aesthetically pleasing and brand-consistent.
  • Bi-Weekly Email Campaigns –  Prepare content and deploy emails through HubSpot and Mailchimp. Track success of various campaigns.
  • Support Other Projects – Facilitate content creation for Trade Shows (i.e. backdrops, flyers, etc.) and In-Person Pharmacy Events.

Compensation & Logistics

This internship is part time. If you live in Georgia and can commute to our office in Decatur at least once a week, that is preferred, but we can also adapt to a fully-remote experience. Compensation is commensurate based on experience.

Business Development Representative

The Physician 360™ Business Development Representative (BDR) will report to the VP of Sales.

As a BDR, you will interact directly with pharmacy partners through outbound calling efforts to promote P360’s products and services. Additionally, you reach the minimum attainment of new Pharmacy Sales while identifying potential new partnerships and business opportunities and assist in account management. As a BDR, you would keep record of all customer interactions, compile reports, and provide recommendations on improvement. An ideal candidate is an organized, driven individual who can work autonomously and take the lead on new initiatives.

Pay: $35,000-$45,000 salary (plus commission at plan it’s a $95,000 role)

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Activity – Executes structured multi-channel (call, email, social) outreach cadence, high volume 80+ daily
  • Target Audience – Targets predefined list of Pharmacies and P360 sourced prospects, including decision influencers and business decision makers
  • Messaging – Delivers Client/P360 defined reason for call talk track, designed for consistent repeatable execution
  • Product/Offering focus – Focuses on multiple product offerings as well as our SaaS option, specific to target audience
  • Qualification/Sales Stage – 0-10%: responsible for lead/opportunity generation, limited or full BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
  • Deliverable – Produces Qualified lead/opportunity record in target CRM, may include scheduled meeting or other follow up expectation
  • Become a subject matter expert on products and services
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Customer Experience Specialist

Reports to: Director of Business Development

Job Overview:

As a CES, you will interact directly with patients and pharmacy partners through answering their questions about products and services and direct them to other team members when necessary. Additionally, you would work closely with our Director of Business Development to research and develop potential new partnerships and business opportunities and assist in account management. As the head of the Customer Relations Department, you would keep record of all customer interactions, compile reports, and provide recommendations on improvement. An ideal candidate is an organized, driven individual who can work autonomously and take the lead on new initiatives.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Perform research on perspective new clients or markets
  • Develop relationships with patients and pharmacists
  • Become a subject matter expert on products and services
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Generate sales leads
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications: 

  • Must be tech-savvy
    • Proficient at Google Suite and Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Adobe Illustrator, Canva preferred
  • Adaptable and can work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills; able to ‘just figure it out’ with minimal oversight
  • Organization and documentation skills (examples include creating and running reports, building a product roadmap or Gantt chart and designing teaching modules and FAQs for customers)
  • Patience and empathy when addressing concerns
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Part-Time Nurse Practitioner

Location: ALL 50 States(Remote)

Hours: Providers can create their schedules within normal business hours and login to our custom portal at their convenience. Eligible candidates should be available a minimum of 1-2 hours per day to provide timely consults.

Job Description:We are actively seeking licensed nurse practitioners to provide telemedicine consultations. Providers evaluate patients that have purchased one of our test kits to determine the medical necessity of a prescription or further care. Nurse practitioners provide consultations at the patient’s request in order to verify the medical necessity of all requested products. Our HIPAA compliant portal houses and tracks your patients’ EMR, allowing you to easily document your findings.

  • Review each patient’s EMR prior to consult.
  • Contact patients via telemedicine portal to discuss test results.
  • Digitally sign the Rx after the consult is completed.

Qualifications: Nurse practitioner must be licensed, including maintaining all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense equipment and medications under applicable state and federal laws.
