Operations Manager/Business Development

Location: Atlanta, Ga

Hours: Full-Time

Job Description:

Physician 360 is reinventing the way patients get diagnosed and treated for simple medical illnesses, like Strep & Flu. Our rapidly expanding network of clinicians, pharmacies and patients are all connected by a technology platform. There are several hand-offs and transitions that need to be coordinated throughout the patient journey. We need an Operations Manager who excels at bringing order to chaos, with a proven track record of designing and executing streamlined processes. The ideal candidate for this job will be self-motivated and directed, excited to roll up their sleeves and tackle big problems.
Responsibilities include:
Analyze patient process workflow for various medical illnesses
Develop seamless processes for the patient journey which include but are not limited to receiving product,experiencing a telemedicine consult,receiving medication, pharmacy inventory management and shipping
Develop operations systems by determining product handling, storage, transit requirements
Explore various options for manufacturing
Establish contracts and pricing and serving as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies
Perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively
Communicate with legal counsel to ensure all processes remain compliant withFDA and other governmental regulations
– Bachelors degree or relevant experience
– Able to consolidate large amounts of information into succinct summary and make strategic recommendations
– Create process flow diagrams, basic financial models and other necessary educational materials to teach various stakeholders about process operations
-Refined ability to execute policy and process; this is not a role of delegation
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Qualifications: Medical background is a plus, but not required.

Part-Time Nurse Practitioner

Location: Maine, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, and Vermont (Remote)

Hours: Providers can create their schedules within normal business hours and login to our custom portal at their convenience. Eligible candidates should be available a minimum of 1-2 hours per day to provide timely consults.

Job Description:We are actively seeking licensed nurse practitioners to provide telemedicine consultations. Providers evaluate patients that have purchased one of our test kits to determine the medical necessity of a prescription or further care. Nurse practitioners provide consultations at the patient’s request in order to verify the medical necessity of all requested products. Our HIPAA compliant portal houses and tracks your patients’ EMR, allowing you to easily document your findings.

  • Review each patient’s EMR prior to consult.
  • Contact patients via telemedicine portal to discuss test results.
  • Digitally sign the Rx after the consult is completed.

Qualifications: Nurse practitioner must be licensed, including maintaining all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense equipment and medications under applicable state and federal laws.
