The Physician 360™ COVID-19 Test Home Collection Kit – Saliva is a diagnostic test that shows if you have an active coronavirus infection. If the test result is positive, you should take steps to quarantine or isolate yourself from others in order to help stop the spread. This is a saliva test, allowing you to spit into a tube rather than swabbing your nose or throat. This test can be more comfortable for many people due to less intrusion.
Be a part of the solution and help flatten the curve by testing yourself in the safety of your home with the Physician 360™ COVID-19 Test Home Collection Kit, now available in 48 states! All instructions are included inside the kit.

Physician 360™’s COVID-19 Saliva PCR Antigen Test is an rt-PCR test that looks for the presence or absence of unique genomic markers of the SARS-CoV-2 virus using a saliva sample for sample collection.
You do not need to do anything to prepare for at-home collection, but make sure you don’t eat, drink, chew gum or smoke for 30 minutes prior to collecting your saliva specimen.
Physician 360™’s COVID-19 Saliva PCR Antigen Test will come with everything you need to collect a sample at home (generally in five minutes or less) and safely ship your sample to a CLIA-certified laboratory. You will use the provided materials to collect a saliva sample.
In order to get your sample to our labs as quickly as possible, we provide a prepaid mailer. Check your return label to determine if your package will be shipped via USPS or FedEx or UPS.
YOUR SAMPLE WILL BE REJECTED IF YOU:
Results will be available ~72 hours after sample collection. Your digital results will be available within 24-48 hours of the lab receiving your sample.
If you are not able to provide an adequate sample, it is possible that our lab will not be able to determine your test results. A member of the Physician 360™ will reach out to help you determine next steps and likely recommend that you self-quarantine to avoid community spread if you are experiencing symptoms.
We aim to make sample collection as simple and straightforward as possible through printed instructions in your kit, as well as digital and video instructions on our website. Our customer care staff is available on our website chat box if you have any questions.
Physician 360 provides detailed instructions in our kit and online for safe collection and transport of samples. We provide the appropriate shipping materials to safely ship samples to our partner labs following the recommendations provided by the United Nations Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (UN).
We recommend that our customers wash their hands thoroughly, disinfect surfaces where they will be completing their test and use the provided alcohol prep pad to disinfect the shipping sleeve before placing your sample in the mail (though be sure to not wipe the shipping label which could impact legibility).
This test kit will tell you whether you have tested positive for COVID-19, also known as SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus.
If you have a positive test result, it is likely that you have COVID-19 as false positive results with these tests are unlikely. Individuals with positive results may initiate a telehealth consult with a Physician 360™ board-certified medical provider, who will work with you to determine how best to care for you based on the test results along with medical history, and your symptoms.
Treatment includes managing symptoms and limiting your exposure to other people to protect from spread of disease.
Your results will be reported to state public health authorities. This information helps track the spread of COVID-19. Your results will not be shared with your insurance company or any other healthcare providers unless you choose to share your results.
The test can sometimes show a negative result even if you are infected with SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. A false negative can happen when:
It is too early in infection for the test to detect the virus.
If your sample was not shipped back to our lab the same day it was collected.
If your results are negative and you’re having symptoms, continue to follow isolation precautions and ask your healthcare provider if you need further testing.
If your results are negative and you don’t have any symptoms, continue to monitor for any symptoms up to 14 days after your last possible exposure.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a respiratory illness that can be spread from person to person. COVID-19 has led to an outbreak of respiratory illness around the world, and according to the CDC, more cases are likely to be identified in the near future.
We all know the winter season is the peak time for many illnesses. Flu season peaks around late November but can last as late as April or May. Many people travel to be with family and friends during the holiday season, which increases the flu’s ability to spread.
